sight guarantees every item purchased from our official website. We're happy to accept returns for any reason up to 21 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be returned in their original condition and must be unused with original tag attached for eligible returns & exchanges.
For Domestic U.S. orders
Q: How do I return my order?
A: Contact us at email@example.com with [Return request] in the subject line and include your order number. We'll send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) within 24 hours. You can also request for a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. (Note: We offer flat rate USPS shipping label for $9.99 for domestic returns. The shipping charge will be deducted from the original payment amount).
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. If you have any questions regarding the refund process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For International orders
Email us at email@example.com and let us know you're returning the item. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. Please make sure your package is returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. A tracking number must be provided for us to locate your package.
International shipping usually takes 10-14 days so please be patient. As soon as we receive your package we'll issue a full refund through your original method of payment within 2 business days.
Products on sight.com are available in very limited quantities for only a short time. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges. Our Worry-Free Shopping experience allows you to easily send it back if it's less than what you'd hoped for.
